I scheduled an appt to have my rear brakes replaced and was assured that I would get the car back the same day. I dropped it off in the morning and I started calling them around 3pm because I hadn't heard was assured that I would get the car back the same day. I called 2 more times and never received a call back from anyone. At 6pm they finally told me that they had not touched my vehicle all day and they would need to keep it another day. For oil change services scheduled on a Saturday was not a good idea. There was a long line of people waiting even with an appointment. There was plenty of staff to assist.
