I give it a 4 for inefficiency. The trainee was professional. Things didnt run smoothly starting with the parking attendant. I waited a good while before I was asked to go inside The trainee was professional. Things didnt run smoothly starting with the parking attendant. I waited a good while before I was asked to go inside. Once inside, it was not clear who would wait on me. A trainee helped me. Then, I waited for my car. No one informed me the car was ready. I asked about my car because I saw people that arrived after me were getting their cars. My paperwork was left on the trainers desk. I had asked for a complimentary wash when I arrived. The car had not been washed, so the technician said let me get the parking attendant to wash it, which meant I waited a bit longer. Inefficient More
