Very thorough. Explained all the benefits and features and made sure I understood everything. She even stayed after closing to accommodate my late schedule. She even called me afterwards to make sure I wasn't having any issues and Im glad she did because I had an issue with the radio and she walked me through it. Liz definitely goes the extra mile. More

For anyone reading this, do not buy used vehicles from this dealership. Autonation Toyota in Corpus Christi has the worst customer service I have ever experienced and they are scammers when it comes to th this dealership. Autonation Toyota in Corpus Christi has the worst customer service I have ever experienced and they are scammers when it comes to the used car department. I'm currently dealing with issues where they sold me two different lemons. The first truck I purchased was a used 2017 Chevy Silverado and after I drove it off the lot, I started noticing issues with the transmission slipping and a pretty bad exhaust leak that I could smell in the cab of the truck. I brought the truck back within 5 days and under 250 mi driven. I spent 5 or 6 hours at the dealership two days in a row (total of 10 hours) fighting back and forth with them about swapping the truck out or fixing the issues. Mind you this truck is being used for my landscaping business and causing me down time which in turn is causing me to lose money and customers. They had absolutely no sympathy or empathy. They tried everything they could to not come out of pocket and honor their pre-owned certification on the vehicle. Eventually I was able to get them to swap it out with a 2017 Nissan Titan XD but the payments are slightly higher. They would not budge on helping me out after all the trouble I went through. Now I'm currently having issues with the 2017 Nissan Titan and I've only had it off the lot for 2 days. The truck is making a loud roaring sound coming from the fan and the fan is maxing out when pressing the gas and this is causing the truck to lose a significant amount of power when driving. Everything I researched points to a possible issue with the fan clutch or something with the AC system because the issue only happens when the AC is turned on. I took it back to the dealership today and they tried to tell me that this is more than likely normal operation of the vehicle and they're not going to do anything to fix it. They offered for me to swap it out again but this is unacceptable because the only vehicles they have are higher than what I can afford and they're unwilling to work with me on bringing the price down to what I'm currently paying. Also I really like this Nissan other than the issue it's having and I don't want to return it. I want the issue fixed. It is a pre-owned certified vehicle and falls within 90 days and 4,000 miles. I had another mechanic who used to work for Nissan. Look at the vehicle and tell me exactly what I had found online that this is an issue with the fan clutch and he also pointed out that the AC clutch appears to be locking up. He messaged and talked to the guys at the dealership for me and told them that this is a problem. They are still neglecting it and will not help me get the issue fixed. Their answer to me is that when something fully breaks on the vehicle or the fan clutch goes out completely then they will fix it under warranty. So basically they're telling me that they're willing to not be proactive and fix an actual issue that could potentially damage the vehicle more and even leave me stranded on the side of the road. They just do not care. They're doing everything they can to save money on their end and not come out of pocket at all when this is obviously their problem that someone missed when doing the 125 point inspection on the vehicle. With all this said, this makes me wonder what kind of problems I will have with them if something fully breaks on the vehicle and I try to get it fixed under warranty. I have a feeling they're going to try to get out of that as well. It's all a hustle and a scam. I'm paying for a warranty that does absolutely nothing for me. More
