Let me preface this by saying that both driver and passenger front doors off my vehicle received paint damage while at the dealer for service... Neither the service writer or service manager were very passenger front doors off my vehicle received paint damage while at the dealer for service... Neither the service writer or service manager were very helpful about getting this resolved. The service manager didn't even address me when the service writer and I spoke with him about the damage. I was told I would be called back later the same day for details about repairs but never received a call... Hopefully they will call me back soon and I don't have to be the person calling them about resolving this since that would only add insult to injury. The rest of my service experience was not much better. I have a service contract that pays for engine and cabin air filters but the service writer still tried to charge me close to $150.00 for that. When I got in my vehicle to leave I had to put half of my glove box contents back into my glove box since the mechanic didn't do that after changing the cabin air filter. This is only the latest in a string of consistent issues with this service department. If there were another option that was nearby I would seriously consider them... More
Initial check in process was a bit chaotic with 2 lines and no control of order of vehicles. Once checked in service for alignment check & realignment was completed in a couple of hours. Went in for a transmission fluid flush for my Sienna on a busy Wednesday morning. Car was ready in about 2 hours as predicted. No wait shuttle service both ways.
