My sales guy Chad was great and buying my truck from him was pretty painless. My first service appointment was very disappointing. I made an appointment for an oil change and tire rotation at 11:30 on a Sat was pretty painless. My first service appointment was very disappointing. I made an appointment for an oil change and tire rotation at 11:30 on a Saturday and it was 2 HOURS later before my truck was even brought inside to begin working on it. If I didn’t prepay for 6 oil changes and tire changes I would not bring my truck back to AutoNation Toyota for routine service. There’s absolutely no reason to make an appointment since you’ll be there all day regardless. Since I can’t split this review Chad gets 5 stars and the service department gets-5 stars. More
