Appt was for oil change and tire rotation. They only did the latter in the 90 plus minutes that I waited. Still need this service but will have to return later. The service rep could not tell me if my car was even safe to drive since mechanic had just left for the evening. I called her the following and left a voicemail; she has not returned my call. I did order the parts needed since the issue seemed concerning to me, but parts won’t be in for a week. I’m hoping since I was not offered a rental, that the issue is mild at the moment and my car is safe to drive. Never heard back from service rep. For future services after resolving this current one, I plan to find a different mechanic or even drive out of town to get quality service and responsive customer service. I’m giving this provider 2 stars because the reps were nice even if they were not informative and did not ensure I received the service for which I had booked an online appt designating oil change as the reason. I bought this vehicle and was under the assumption that tires would be rotated on each visit. Was notified by e-mail it was time for my free 24 month service. Told the service advisor that I would waiting at the dealership ( also when I made the appointment that I would be waiting for the service ) service.
