It was very easy to make an appointment for the time and date I needed. I arrived on time and was greeted in a kind and friendly manner. Service reps do not call you back, when they say they will, if it’s late in the day they don’t care:( My car was kept overnight but only causes I called to see why they didn’t let me know what was wrong will, if it’s late in the day they don’t care:( My car was kept overnight but only causes I called to see why they didn’t let me know what was wrong till I called, One can leave all the messages through the day they don’t check voicemail so what’s the since one leaving messages!! The line one has to wait to pay your bill is just a line they don’t acknowledge you and everyone is on the phone, I don’t get that, you would think they would want your money:( Labor and cost is highly very expensive….the only good experience they have is the the courtesy van!!!
