I went for an oil and filter change at the appointed time. The service adsorption informed me of some uneven wear on the front tires so I added an alignment to the order. Hate doing bad reviews. I sent in a service survey thinking I would get a follow up call, but instead I got over 20 emails asking me to leave a review. When I tried to leave a review it said I would have to edit my 5 star review from purchasing the car, but that experience was great at the time….. The service department is horrible. (Minus a few employees)They do not follow up. Will not let you speak with a manager. The FandI department seems like a great set of guys and gals but have in proper training from higher up. So they unknowingly misrepresent and explain product incorrectly. More
