Took five days to do a job that was initially reported to take one day. Was the replacement of a front windshield. Called and made an initial inquiry had to wait a couple of days and then dropped the car off take one day. Was the replacement of a front windshield. Called and made an initial inquiry had to wait a couple of days and then dropped the car off on Friday and did not receive it back until the following Wednesday. Seemed like a long wait and while a loaner car was given for the time frame in question no other explanation was provided as to why multiple windshields were delivered to the dealership that were faulty before they found one that could be installed. Staff was polite but the time seemed a bit long for the work to be done. Because of the eyesight technology this is not a job that can be done outside of the dealership with any degree of certainty for the product being installed properly. Certain things have to be done at the dealership because of the technology in the car and the weight is a little ridiculous to have this stuff done. When checking out was told they waived the rental for the vehicle they had provided. Ori originally given the car I was told it was a loaner upon returning it and they made it sound like it was a favor to have had it in the first place. That was a little discouraging. More

From start to finish my experience was outstanding. I was met with a greeter the moment I pulled in, which was a very nice touch. Les was phenomenal!
