Thank you for your response. I am so used to a welcome environment it was quite shocking to me. When I said "I am not staying all day" his response was "you HAVE to stay all day." Quite forcefully. I had arranged for a ride, told him that and walked away. I then saw Julien who took care of me. As you know, I grew up in your business. I remember my father telling me all of my life how important the service department it and when done well brings people back to the store. Norm needs to remember who the customer is.

I told Erik multiple times during the initial inspection. That and this comment are EXPLICITLY why I have stated that I did not feel listened to. Erik inquired why my coolant was reddish-brown, I told him I had added something to the coolant that may not have been proper. I then proceeded to tell him this fact TWO more times. I even mentioned it on the phone when he told me oil in my coolant signaled a broken head gasket. 1. As a customer, I'd like service agents to genuinely listen to me. 2. As a company, I'd expect you would ask for feedback as a good-faith way of genuinely improving your service. Best of luck.
