I found Norman Amiable to be arrogant and disrespectful. I will avoid him whenever I am there. He was not helpful over all and made me feel as though I didn't have the right to ask for anything. I feel like I just got mugged on a street corner for $570.... I just bought a 2020 Ascent from this dealership for my wife about 6 months ago... its a fine machine, running as well as expected, but $570.... I just bought a 2020 Ascent from this dealership for my wife about 6 months ago... its a fine machine, running as well as expected, but besides a couple computer glitches and minor but annoying malfunctions, we've been happy with the purchase. (We also pay extra for a warranty that helped fix a glitch from an unstoppable back hatch alarm).. but also, we recently had a glitch that caused the car to cut the engine while using auto cruise control. (Thankfully my wife was not travelling on a faster/busier roadway). Anyway,... a few weeks ago we started receiving mails and text messages regarding an appointment for a service check up knowingly set up. I figured this must be a courtesy check-in on the new computerized machine we just bought. My wife dropped it off at the requested day and time... never signed a thing, never discussed cost of said 'check up', and was freed to wait around for a couple hours. Well, when she received the call that it was ready to go and that 'everything looked good', she returned and received a $570 bill and a short stack of yellow papers that was a list of things we payed for that they 'checked' without signature of approval, estimated cost, or options for 'treatments/diagnostics'. Im not at all pleased with the lack of transparency of their services about the subtle pick-pocketing I feel I just endured. To top it off our car was returned with the hidden trailer hitch, popping partially through the rear fender. I'm quite dissatisfied and now questioning the extended warranty, especially if it requires the dealerships service center. More

I brought the car in for services before a road trip, which I told the service person. When I got home I saw on the checklist that the air filter needed to be replaced. Why didn’t they do that while the which I told the service person. When I got home I saw on the checklist that the air filter needed to be replaced. Why didn’t they do that while the car was there? Now I have to make another trip to the dealer!! Also the tv in the waiting room was so loud I didn’t hear the phone call telling me my car was finished. Why didn’t the service person walk into the waiting room to tell me? Not happy with the lazy customer service. 👎🏻 More

I had told my agent multiple times that the oil in my coolant could have been a substance I put into it. He still told me on the phone the team was sure. He then quotes the job for an outrageous cost and proceeded to talk about TRADING MY CAR IN! If my car had a broken head gasket it would have been driving WAYYY worse. Finally I brought the substance i out into my car into the service center and he finally said, "oh i guess you don't have a broken head gasket." I felt completely like i had been ignored from the get go. More
