My experience was great. Everyone was very cordial and helpful. The estimated time wss longer than I had hope, so I had someone pick me up. Had to make 2 phone calls to schedule an appt because I’d been transferred to a wrong extension, and had to give ALL my information twice, but was ultimately able to get a same day appointment, which I was t been transferred to a wrong extension, and had to give ALL my information twice, but was ultimately able to get a same day appointment, which I was thrilled about. Then was BLOWN AWAY at the horrible service I received after that point. Showed up for an oil change and new tires, was told it would be an hour and a half, and so far have been here for over 4 hours with no end in sight. I was just quoted another 30 minutes minimum, but no guarantee. I was told I’m be given a discount because I’ve had a ‘long wait’.. uhhh ya think?! So irritated!! I’ve never received service like this at any Subaru dealership before!!!! Ever!!! More

Scheduling a Service was very easy. Once at appointment was met with a service attendant which assisted me, he was very nice, reviewed what services I was scheduled to receive and provi Once at appointment was met with a service attendant which assisted me, he was very nice, reviewed what services I was scheduled to receive and provided me with an approximate wait time. He called me with an update on dirty air filters and confirmed the additional service to my bill. Received my vehicle back in better condition and attendant was nice to provide me options on another replacement I needed as well as options for my tires and timelines on changing them out. I’ve been sitting Bob Baker Subaru since I purchased my Crosstrek in 2018. Still happy to return thanks a bunch Erik your customer service was too-notch! More
