I specifically asked the Service advisor to check my brakes as they were squealing really bad. They did the oil change and said they checked the brakes and that they were not ready to change yet. They said they needed to be cleaned from brake dust. I asked him why he didn’t do it and they said they charged for that. I asked why he didn’t give me an estimate and he didn’t answer.The brakes continued to squeal so I had somebody else to clean them and they said that the brakes were shot. I have pictures to show. They ended up putting on new brake pads and rotors. More

Poor installation, now we have to come back to have it fixed. The writer was not friendly and wanted me to sign prior to seeing the vehicle.
