Really enjoyable and easy getting my Crosstrek serviced at Bob Baker. It's very responsive and quick to set up appointments and drive up for quick service. I was treated with disrespect. . Tanner Knapp took my car and said he will update me in an hour max 2. After 3 hours I was looking for him and he was no where. When I found him I . When I found him I told him I needed to go his reply was “your car has a lot of issues”. We will start oil change now. I asked him not to do oil change and just let me go. He said ok. Tanner left to bring my car, came back 20 min after and said they already did oil change and I need to pay for it. My car mileage was 3.8 miles more.
