No one seems to know what the pricing is for things like routine service appointments. When I tried to schedule my 40,000 service appointment, no one could tell me the cost. They said someone would call me back, they never did. Someone today told me it might be $1,300. When a piece of the inside of my moon roof fell off about 6 weeks after I bought my 2022 Subaru, they said they would order the part and that never happened. I called to make a service appointment and asked if the moon roof could be fixed while they serviced my car and was told the part was never ordered. Over a year ago, they were supposed to order the part and call me once it came in - I never heard back from them. More
Ordered wrong parts and somehow lost a part on fedex. Was told I was going to be given a discount but never got one from the dealership. I also had multiple eta’s that kept being pushed back. Unbelievable poor service. I made an appt for 8:45am to bring in my Forester due to having a very scary unintentional acceleration event the night before. I was due for my first service and wanted them to check everything that could go wrong with full throttle acceleration just in case it was an issue with the car. I was told it would be 3 hrs, so I accepted a Lyft ride to work. At 2pm I asked about my car and was told they would check on it. I asked for a Lyft ride back as it would be 3 when I got there, a full 6 hours after I dropped it off! When I got there I expected my car would have been safety checked and serviced. I was told they did not have time to look at it. Even after I explained I had an unintentional acceleration event the night before! How on earth can this dealership function like this? 6 hours and no service, not even checking my car for safety issues! Very poor management of this facility and not caring one bit. I had NO OPTION other than to take my now UNCHECKED car back and drive it home. What a waste of time spent at this dealership with NO RESULTS after SIX HOURS! More

John was concerned and attentive, I appreciated that. It was the Friday of memorial day weekend at 445 pm so I get it but quality of service should be all the time. Kevin checked me in for my appointment as my original service advisor was dealing with another customer. He instructed me where to move my vehicle while he notified the advisor of my arrival. Kevin then returned, let me know that he would assist me as the advisor was still engaged with the other customer. Kevin was a model employee, in that he displayed courtesy, professionalism And excellent customer service. I felt like a valued customer, dealing with someone who obviously liked his job and employer. More
