Erik Lopez was a cocky xxxxxxx. He yelled at me to move my car when I was blocked by another vehicle and I felt it was unsafe to move forward without scratching my door. Then he walked off like a child who tantrums and gave me to someone else. The next guy would not give me his name even though these idiots have their names painted on the glass doors. The manager Armando was amazing! But the damage was done and I ended up buying a Toyota RAV4 as a result. More
The phone system sucks. Possibly the worst I’ve experienced. I was forwarded to scam numbers (twice), didn’t receive call backs. Extremely unprofessional. I had a very long wait even though I had an appointment ahead of time. I bought at Subaru because of their high safety rating. At my service, I was told that I needed new tires. I only have 15,000 miles ahead of time. I bought at Subaru because of their high safety rating. At my service, I was told that I needed new tires. I only have 15,000 miles on it! How is this safe? It is a very expensive car and they can't put decent tires on it! I am very mad and disappointed in Subaru. More
Generally a very good experience. Wish the waiting area were bigger and a bit more up to date. No masks required. Some staff and customers with masks, which is good.
