Second underfill on oil change This is the second oil change Bob Baker has performed and the second time the service technician has underfilled our 3.6r Subaru Outback. Half way thr This is the second oil change Bob Baker has performed and the second time the service technician has underfilled our 3.6r Subaru Outback. Half way through the recommended service interval the oil light has come on and I found the oil level to be 2qts low. 2qts?! Either the technician doesn't fill the oil filter prior to replacement or he can't count to 7qts. Its a brand new vehicle so I can understand if 7qts is more than the previous model but the only way to underfill a car is neglect or inexperience and neither is acceptable when you're spending 40k on a car. The lube tech should know the capacity and the senior tech should be checking his work before releasing the vehicle. Please figure it out so I don't have to demonstrate how an ASE certified technician is supposed to to their job. More

The Pros: The customer service people were friendly. The Cons: Will say anything to get your business. Misrepresented the amount of time they needed to affect the repairs. Being told it would take about a week to complete the repairs but taking over 3 weeks. The primary issue was getting the car into the paint shop. Quality of the paint on the bumper skin where they had to tape was poor and left small run marks under the tape. The paint had about half dozen "bumps" where large particulates landed in the paint. We don't know how, but they broke the stereo/navigation system. When we picked up the car, they said they could not look at it, but my wife had to bring the car back at a later time. When the car was returned for the nav repair, they said the entire unit had to be replaced. It took a week and a half to get the replacement parts and then told us they could not attempt the repair for another 2 weeks. We still do not have a fully functional car More

He listens, respects, and gives one the time needed to make a decision. After 2 months, I finally bought my Blue Cross trek, and Benny took so much time in showing me all the "bells and whistles", and each time I come for a service, he is there to help me in any way. No Support For EVs I was really enthusiastic about my new eGolf -until I tried to drive it off the lot. The AC was broken. Hung out for nearly two hours after the deal w I was really enthusiastic about my new eGolf -until I tried to drive it off the lot. The AC was broken. Hung out for nearly two hours after the deal was completed and they couldn't figure out what was wrong. They sent me home in a terrible, smelly (cigarette) loaner car that actually ran out of gas on the drive home. They finally had to get me a replacement car from another dealer -and now that one is having a lot of problems (car.net doesn't work, navigation and music play are buggy). Worst of all, I called their service department five times over two weeks to try to set up an appointment, and the calls always went to voicemail. I left detailed messages, but no one ever called back. Just to add insult to injury, I had a charging emergency when the nearby station was out of order, so I went to the dealer -only to find they have permanently shut down their EV charger (they couldn't say why...). They then sent me to another charging station that doesn't support my car. The one I bought from them! They actually don't even know what kind of charger works on their own cars! This dealership talks big about their wonderful customer service, but they just can't back it up. I'm really disappointed in Volkswagen after this poor experience. More

It is a bit of a drive, but well worth it. My service rep treated me like I was his most important customer ever. He matched the price I expected, walked me through the options, and promised improved driving comfort. He kept me informed and delivered on all fronts. If this keeps going I will have this Subaru for many more years. More
