Fairly painless! It would be helpful to have a better estimate for time required. We were told 4 hours so took 2 cars. About 1/2 hour one way. Took less than 2...if we knew that we would have just hung out and gone to lunch! Also did not receive a call letting us know how long once it went back to service area as promised. I understand it may be difficult yo estimate some repair times but this was a chip reprogram and oil change. More

Excellent service but very expensive My Forester runs better than it did when I brought it in. It was finished in a timely manner, four hours or less even though they had to replace the brake pads. Lea Dannals was very knowledgeable. I had a question about a low tire pressure warning light and she understood how the system works and explained it to me. I have always had this vehicle serviced at this dealership. When I brought it in in September of 2018, I was told the 30K service would be about $300. Seven or eight months later the price had gone up $200, to $500. I intend to keep my Forester for awhile but if the cost of repair starts to equal my car payments I might have to reconsider. More
