Julian went above and beyond to turn me away. I waited 3 hours for my car before asking for an update. I said “I’m dropping it off for an appointment at 10am.” Communication is clearly lacking here. He said “I didn’t even know you were still here.” I get that you're focused but I was sitting in the service lobby watching him deal with every other customer that came in after me. I understand waiting at dealerships is normal, but 3 hours and I have to be the one to check in on the status of my car? Finally at 4:45pm they called me… giving me 15 minutes to respond before they close. Ridiculous. Communication is key, and I wouldn't have been as upset as I was had they communicated the actual wait time. What's the point of scheduling an appointment if you're just going to take the whole day before even looking at my car? Just a bummer.
