This was my first experience with customer service for an oil change. I was so impressed with the entire quality of how my visit went. I simply don’t have enough room here . There was a gorgeous Christmas tree in the customer lobby and nearby, fresh water and healthy snacks while I waited. The seating was especially comfortable and made for people to really relax in. My personal agent, for this visit Philip was simply incredible. What a terrific ambassador he is for your company. I felt like the most important person on site and that is exactly how a 72-year-old woman would want to feel on her first visit by herself to get her car serviced at your facility. Kudos to you for top drawer service. Hang on to your ambassador and your process, which is basically flawless. I am a 32 year veteran quality auditor for medical industry. I know how to recognize fantastic service and you have it. Thanks for everything. I really had a terrific experience. More
Don’t tell me a safety recall will take 4-6 hours and you offer me no rental car and no shuttle and I have toddlers Also why do 3 different service sept employees explain 1 recall in 3 different ways? Last visit for oil change and tire pressure lite took 3 hrs+, more than double the estimate. No communication from service writer, had to track him down a couple times, once he was at lunch. First they didn’t know where car was, then they found the car, but keys were with tech that went to lunch. The work was fine, but the service was another matter. A 1 rating is being generous! More
What a waste of time. We were told there was a known defect and to bring it in so they could order the part. After they had it for an hour, they said it was a software iss We were told there was a known defect and to bring it in so they could order the part. After they had it for an hour, they said it was a software issue, not covered by warranty and that there was a $200 charge for the download. We picked it up with zero resolution for the issue because you know that the software costs them nothing, but is critical to the use of the system and they aren’t willing to do anything to stand behind their products. We have 4 Subarus in the family, but as much as we love the cars, their service is substandard. More
