I could not be more disappointed. During a service appointment, they lost my engine cover. They would not replace the lost cover—such a bummer. I am mostly upset that he would not take ownership of the lost part, and I was made to feel like I had done something to do with losing the cover. Called and asked about a recall notice I got for my 2017 Subaru. Service Dept said yes there was a recall and I could make an appt to come in for service. I also had a TMPS tire pressure warning that I needed to get fixed. When I showed up for the appt I was told that there was no fix for the recall yet so nothing needed to be done. My car was at the service department for 2 FULL DAYS to get a sensor placed! I picked the car and drove it off the lot and the TMPS warning alert came right back on. Very disappointed. I paid a couple hundred dollars for ABSOLUTELY NOTHING and was without my car for 2 days right before Christmas. More
