I brought my ascent in for a warranty on the brakes. The first time I dropped it off for an appt around 9am, it took them 8 hours to resurface the rotors. A couple days later the same problem returned, The first time I dropped it off for an appt around 9am, it took them 8 hours to resurface the rotors. A couple days later the same problem returned, they made an appt for me at 830 am the next week… I dropped it off at 830am and didn’t hear back until 330 to be told they didn’t even touch my car and would reschedule it for another time. The third time I dropped it off for my appt at 830 am and again it wasn’t finished till after 3pm! I’ve never had any brake service take a total of 24 hours to fix…. I shouldn’t have to spend 3 entire days off dealing with something that’s a 1 hour job. I only gave 2 stars because the employees are nice enough. The young man driving the shuttle was very friendly and helpful , otherwise I’d give my experience a 1. Worst car maintenance experience Ive ever had with a dealership. More
Excellent customer service—Les is the best! I made an early appt but some latecomers showed demanding service and it delayed my getting my car taken care of.
