For the most part service was great. I called and made an appointment for an oil change and let the person know I was having issues with Starlink. I was told if I don't hear back by 2 to call. I called and left a message at 2 but did not get a return phone call until after 3 saying a tech just started looking at my car. At 3:37 I received another call that my car was ready for pick up. I did what was expected from me, made and appointment, let them know of the issues on my starlink and graciously accepted a car wash. When I picked up my car more than 5 hours after I dropped it off, it was not washed and no one drove it to rid of the low tire pressure gauge, so I had to go back to make sure they checked it. 5 hours for an oil change and starlink update is insane. I even told the advisor I was going to wait, that's when he said it could take up to 4 hours. I'm disappointed they had my car all day but more disappointed they didn't do the basic items to make my day. The small things are what make a customer come back. The advisors service was good, Ill try again for my next service before deciding if its time to find another. More
