I really to not like the person I get stuck with every time I go there. I feel he is arrogant, there for just a paycheck and an “up sell”. I also feel that service here is way over priced…. There has to be a better way for seniors to care for their cars without spending an entire paycheck each time they are there, What happened to old fashioned customer service??? Go back to paper schedule for car maintenance plans, etc. p.s. I LOVED MY SALESMAN!!!! After that, everything went downhill. More

Extremely poor service from most of the employees in the service department. I waited for over 20 minutes to pick up my car that was finished. Everyone literally ignored me standing near the service window service department. I waited for over 20 minutes to pick up my car that was finished. Our experience at the Carlsbad Subaru is always amazing. Michael Torres at Subaru Carlsbad was our salesman and he is so lovely to work with. I had an appointment at 9:00 am. My 12 volt light was not working. I was told I would need a $239.00 diagnostic fee to find out the issue. I told her I would not pay that as I have a warranty on my car. I asked to speak to the service manager. She talked to him and he waived the fee. She told me she didn’t think it was fair that the tech wasn’t going to get paid. My appointment was at 9:00, however my car wouldn’t be looked at until 3:00. No loaner cars were available. She called me at 1:00 pm told me my car was ready. It was just a fuse and there would be no charge. I owe 3 Subarus, two were purchased from this dealership. Since I have a warranty I have gone here to have it serviced without any issues. This is the worst customer service I have received. I hope this service representative will get some additional training. More
