The initial and continuous visits with BBSofC (Bob Baker Subaru of Carlsbad) was awesome. I was well informed given awesome advice on how to take care of the vehicle and just the overall experience with the staff was great. I felt i found a dealership I could trust (I know trust and dealership are not often used in the same sentence but this time they are). After a few oil changes I noticed i was consuming a large amount of oil. I informed BBSofC of my dilemma. They immediately went to work to diagnose the problem. They found the problem and then went to bat for me to Subaru of America to have the engine replaced. Can you say WOW. This had made my car buying and service experience awesome. Its almost unheard of a dealership taking their time to ensure the customer is taking care of and has a piece of mind to know that their issue will be resolved.
