Valve spring recall JP said the valve spring recall would take 2 days, it actually took almost 4 days. When I came to pick up the car it was dirty. There was a module dam JP said the valve spring recall would take 2 days, it actually took almost 4 days. When I came to pick up the car it was dirty. There was a module damaged during the removal or the replacement of the engine, which they did replace. After driving the car 2 days in snowy conditions the heater a/c quit working. Probably a blown fuse, but also possible is damaged wiring from previous work done there. When I called JP to let him know about the no heater situation, he said he'd make a note in the file. NO Apologies, no sorry for any inconvenience of driving in winter / snow conditions with no heater. But he is going to make a note of it. How absolutely professional of him. That's someone I can't wait to entrust my car to again. NOT ! I can't explain how hard we have tried to love this car, but this along with the oil consumption issue. I just don't have any confidence in taking this vehicle on any extended trips. This trip was to June Lake in the high sierras to meet with our family for our 50th anniversary. I just hope we'll get back without any further issues. I'll never buy another Subaru or anything from Bob Baker again. More

Once at dealership, I began working with salesperson who accompanied me on test drive and answered all questions - very up front and straightforward.
