Must have forgotten my car Usually service is pretty good. Recently however, I brought my car on a Saturday for an oil change tire rotation and inspection. The service writer Usually service is pretty good. Recently however, I brought my car on a Saturday for an oil change tire rotation and inspection. The service writer said my car would be a priority since I was waiting. I walked to the outlets just down the street had breakfast and did some shopping for about 3.5 hours. When I decided to head back to the dealership, I was greeted by the service writer and told that my car had just been washed and would be out in 10 minutes. I waited in the lobby for 45 minutes and decided to check in on my car that supposedly had just been washed and service was complete. The service writer said it only be a minute longer as he disappeared to the back. 10 minutes goes by and he pulls around with another car that isn’t mine. Another 15 minutes, and I’m waiting just outside his office now, and finally my car pulls around. So was it over an hour for a car wash, or was my car forgotten, or was it a mixup? I’ll never know. No explanation was offered and I shouldn’t really need to ask what happened. Also my vehicle inspection was not included when the vehicle was returned. I’ve been going here for years. I don’t think there is a systemic problem. Maybe just a really busy Saturday and things got mixed up or confusing. But I did not have a good experience on this one visit. More
