Autonation Mazda Carlsbad - Service Center

While i had my car serviced the dealership droped me off at the outlet center . I got the call that my car was done. I tried calling for over a hour to get back to pick up my car. Nobody would pick up the at the outlet center . I got the call that my car was done. I tried calling for over a hour to get back to pick up my car. Nobody would pick up the phone to get a ride back from the shuttle. When we finally got back the service tech admitted that he saw our number come across his phone but said he was busy on the phone with someone, so didn’t pick up . There was at least three other people working that day . I don't know why he didn't have someone else send a shuttle back to us . At least the service was done but just a overall frustrating day. Jeremy fully explained the recommended work my car needed and kept me updated. He reviewed my car’s history and shared what was previously done in order to keep me informed. Customer service at the front desk was friendly. My car was completed but still took about 30 minutes to get me the keys to the car after already waiting 2 hours. When I finally got the car, they cleaned the car, but it looked like a rushed job. Still had a little bird poop hanging out on the rear window. Overall, still recommend the service. This was the first time I didn't give 5 stars for the service. Under new ownership so I'll give them a break and say this is a one off. More
