I was greeted even before I got out of my Mazda, at the service center. The service writer was very thorough with getting my car’s problem. First time and last time servicing my vehicle at this dealership. Overall, I was very disappointed at the lack of communication and customer service. Oil change/tire rotate service took double the time I dealership. Overall, I was very disappointed at the lack of communication and customer service. Oil change/tire rotate service took double the time I was told and I never received a call or text updating me on the reason why. I called twice before finally reaching a service advisor who assured me my vehicle was done. When I arrived back at the dealership, I was initially helped by an advisor, who after not being able to find my vehicle, moved on to another customer and completely ignored me giving me no additional info as to where my car was. After 2 other advisors helped, I waited almost another hour before my vehicle was finally ready. They apologized and offered to service my brakes free of labor, which I appreciate, and initially was ready to go ahead with, but I have decided I will not be returning for any additional services. More
