When I had my Cx-5 serviced, there was a problem with the front brakes that had been missed I contacted my Service Advisor, Colin, and he was apologetic and told me to bring it back in and they would re-dia front brakes that had been missed I contacted my Service Advisor, Colin, and he was apologetic and told me to bring it back in and they would re-diagnose the problem and take care of the problem no matter the cost. They gave me a "loaner car" for the day. When I picked up my car the service they did was stellar. the vibration was fixed and all costs were paid by the dealership. My service advisor made all things right. Autonation knows how to keep good clients. I am very impressed with the way in which the problem was solved and I will continue to bring my CX-5 to Autonation. More

The service person I usually see was not there. Instead was Jeremy who was trying to sell me on extra costly additives I had never heard of before.
