Service remains great now that Autonation has assumed management of the Service department at Bob Baker Mazda. They solved my problem quickly and when I disputed one of the charges, they listened to me, management of the Service department at Bob Baker Mazda. Max was my service agent and I also worked with Chris, the service manager. Both were polite and respectful at all times. I will be returning to Mazda Carlsbad for future service requirements. The people in the service department are always helpful and friendly. This time, Colin was my service person. When I had my Cx-5 serviced, there was a problem with the front brakes that had been missed I contacted my Service Advisor, Colin, and he was apologetic and told me to bring it back in and they would re-dia front brakes that had been missed I contacted my Service Advisor, Colin, and he was apologetic and told me to bring it back in and they would re-diagnose the problem and take care of the problem no matter the cost. They gave me a "loaner car" for the day. When I picked up my car the service they did was stellar. the vibration was fixed and all costs were paid by the dealership. My service advisor made all things right. Autonation knows how to keep good clients. I am very impressed with the way in which the problem was solved and I will continue to bring my CX-5 to Autonation. More
