Unfortunately. Understaffed. Clustered check in twice in 5 weeks.Tire balance in service 12000 mile ppwk costs 100 more even thought its listed in the 530$ service Understaffed. I have been very disappointed with the calls and emails and text messages and physical mail for auto warranty options for Auto Nation. No means no Guys i came in for a security update and a oil change. 135$ oil change was painful enough without being given an option to say ,not get the tire rotation as part of it . I understand escondido hyundai is independently operated. They are our next destination. please again take us off your call, mail, email list for extended warranty options. Its very annoying and unprofessional much like your check in procedures leaving people backed up in the lot with no help More

Just terrible service. Brought my Santa Fe in for routine service with 12:00 appointment and was told 3:00 hours. No information from them so I returned at 3:00, service person said he had to go into a meeting. AN HOUR LATER he comes out and it turns out nothing had been done to the car! Now it’s 4:00 on a Friday and a wasted day. Going elsewhere in future. A shame because I bought two good cars there but will never go back. The “meeting “ was called by the GM who would not send anyone out to deal with me or the other 3 people trying to get their cars. More

My last experience with this dealership was the WORST customer experience I’ve had anywhere, ever. Cars were lined up at the entrance for HOURSS. Alexis did a great job listening to me when I took my car in. He said I needed to leave my car so he got me anUber home and back when I came to pick it up. The only complaint I have is that no one tells you your oil needs to be changed every 8,000 miles instead of 3 or 5,000 so all of the sudden you are done. They don’t tell you when you keep getting it done at 5,000 you’re just all of the sudden done. Kind of false advertising in my opinion. More
