The service department is horrible. STAY AWAY! They told me everytime I called, "I'll call you with an update"...never called me, not once! It was like dealing with the Mafia. I own 2 STAY AWAY! I own 2 Hyundai's and will not buy another one unless I move to an area where there's a professional dealer service center. BTW, go to their website today and try to schedule an appointment for a new car under warranty where the check engine light is on...the 1st available date is a month from now! OK, so call them, good luck reaching anyone who will help you. I was charged over $200 and week later the engine light was back on. Knowing that I would be abused by their customer "service" rep and ignored by their new service manager, I have moved on. Too bad their poor service has caused me to change my plan of purchasing a 3rd Hyundai. More
I had no AC on a 2022 Hyundai Tucson that’s the first issue it’s a new car. I was told part will be here in a week. There was no update that it would take longer and I could not get anyone to answer the issue it’s a new car. I was told part will be here in a week. There was no update that it would take longer and I could not get anyone to answer the phone NO ONE EVER ANSWERS THE PHone so I had to go there to find out when I would get it fixed It took almost 2 months for the part to come in and it was a hot summer. i even called corporate and they couldn’t get anyone to answer the phone. I was told it would be ready that afternoon but around 5 I began to worry cause they close at 6. Of course no one answered in service so I called sales and made a stink cause i had to have the car today. Just horrible customer service. I will NEVER take my car there again. I would give them ZERO stars if I could More
Although great Customer Service; too expensive and deceptive. I had an emailed coupon that indicated $300 off my next service. I did not read the fine print; maximum you could receive was $150. This was routine maintenance; four of the processes completed each charged a labor cost of $214.88 each. $859.52 of my total charges! This is a lot of money for one on Social Security and working PT to make ends meet. More
