I had no AC on a 2022 Hyundai Tucson that’s the first issue it’s a new car. I was told part will be here in a week. There was no update that it would take longer and I could not get anyone to answer the issue it’s a new car. I was told part will be here in a week. There was no update that it would take longer and I could not get anyone to answer the phone NO ONE EVER ANSWERS THE PHone so I had to go there to find out when I would get it fixed It took almost 2 months for the part to come in and it was a hot summer. i even called corporate and they couldn’t get anyone to answer the phone. I was told it would be ready that afternoon but around 5 I began to worry cause they close at 6. Of course no one answered in service so I called sales and made a stink cause i had to have the car today. Just horrible customer service. I will NEVER take my car there again. I would give them ZERO stars if I could More
Although great Customer Service; too expensive and deceptive. I had an emailed coupon that indicated $300 off my next service. I did not read the fine print; maximum you could receive was $150. This was routine maintenance; four of the processes completed each charged a labor cost of $214.88 each. $859.52 of my total charges! This is a lot of money for one on Social Security and working PT to make ends meet. More
The maintenance service I received was fine. I was unhappy about a recall for my 2022 Hyundai Tucson's car's cooling system and coolant. Shouldn't ordinarily be a problem but I was told that I had to go to Escondido to take care of it, because when you guys took over the Bob Baker business, orders for the parts or machine to install the parts were cancelled. I have been very disappointed with the calls and emails and text messages and physical mail for auto warranty options for Auto Nation. No means no Guys i came in for a security update and a oil change. 135$ oil change was painful enough without being given an option to say ,not get the tire rotation as part of it . I understand escondido hyundai is independently operated. They are our next destination. please again take us off your call, mail, email list for extended warranty options. Its very annoying and unprofessional much like your check in procedures leaving people backed up in the lot with no help More
Just terrible service. Brought my Santa Fe in for routine service with 12:00 appointment and was told 3:00 hours. No information from them so I returned at 3:00, service person said he had to go into a meeting. AN HOUR LATER he comes out and it turns out nothing had been done to the car! Now it’s 4:00 on a Friday and a wasted day. Going elsewhere in future. A shame because I bought two good cars there but will never go back. The “meeting “ was called by the GM who would not send anyone out to deal with me or the other 3 people trying to get their cars. More
