Service Dept. long wait service car 2x for tire rotation, waited 4 hrs tire pressure check on first visit approx.700 before 36,000 miles, could not get an appointm long wait service car 2x for tire rotation, waited 4 hrs tire pressure check on first visit approx.700 before 36,000 miles, could not get an appointment to service car nearly a month serviced 2nd time 36,500 miles and refused to honor Hyundai complementary service plan with purchase of new car, the Ioniq 5 EV. Then I was informed my the 2 recalls were free, but part still not available for the second time. All doors rattle I tried to have repaired under warranty per Hyundai advice and blog site, but dealership wanted car for 2 days. I love this EV car but but service is the worst, will avoid purchasing another Hyundai due to poor repeated service experiences. More
