Took my car in for an oil change and was overcharged for parts. After bringing it to the attention of multiple employees including the service manager, I have waited months now with no reimbursement. When you call the dealership, it is almost impossible to get anyone to answer the phone. Complete lack of customer service! Totally unprofessional business practices. Do not take your car to these people or spend any money there! I will never go back again. More
Don’t ever bring your car at this place for service. We brought our car here on June 28. 2024 to be serviced, we never got any text or phone call from them to give us any update on our car. My son even went to the dealership on June 29, July 1 and 2 but was never given an update. We decided to just get the car back today, July 3. Guess what, it was parked outside the repair shop with a car in front of our car. No work was ever done with our car. The phone they provide when they provide feedbacks to complaints (760)818-7915 is the same number we’ve been calling but no one answers. We tried calling the phone number for scheduling appointments and asked the person to check on the status of our car, however the individual said that they work offsite so the individual called the same number that we’ve been calling and was not able to get ahold of anyone. This dealership sucks!!!! More
I contacted dealership manager Justin after a communication issue during a previous service appointment. He was very helpful in straightening this out.
