30 minute oil change and tire rotation took 3 hours Friendly staff on the oil change side but not for the service department. The wait time is too long. I bought my vehicle 2 months ago and my radio does not work properly. I made an appointment to get it checked out and that was over a month ago. They couldn't figure it out so they stated they will call but they never did. When I came back to find out why is it taking so long they said they been waiting on Chrysler. Then I had make another appoinment for them to check out the vehicle again and then another one for whenever the part comes in. If there was another dealership closer I would never return to this place. Their staff needs some serious training. More
