Went in for first oil change of my new Pacifica. It was easy to make the appointment and was pleasantly surprised the pricing was very reasonable. I went in to have an oil change, a tire rotation, and have the radio antenna replaced. I waited for 4 hours. I had made an appointment on line, they had no record of it. One time they lost the tech that have the radio antenna replaced. I waited for 4 hours. I had made an appointment on line, they had no record of it. I brought my Jeep in for a routing oil change and service. Someone at the dealership locked the key inside the vehicle. I had to wait over 3 hours before the work was finally finished. service. This dealership was great at ensuring customer satisfaction, vehicle is maintained properly, and doing the best with the least. Unfortunately, the dealership was extremely short staffed when I arr satisfaction, vehicle is maintained properly, and doing the best with the least. They informed me of this when I first arrived and kept checking in with status of my car to ensure I didn’t just feel I was sitting around for no reason. Great staff and great place More
This was my 3rd visit to this dealer for a 3rd windshield replacement on my 2022 Wrangler 4xe. I cannot begin to say how disappointed and upset I am from my service visit on 9/21/2023 with the service depart replacement on my 2022 Wrangler 4xe. I cannot begin to say how disappointed and upset I am from my service visit on 9/21/2023 with the service department. I took my Jeep in on 6/2023 to have them take pictures and start a claim so my windshield could be ordered. The windshield was on back order so when the part arrived I finally was able to make an appointment to bring it in on 9/21/2023. Let me begin with it took 45 minutes for us to be checked in for our appointment then it followed with a phone call around 5:30 that evening the Jeep was ready for pick up. I told them I would be in tomorrow am to pick up. We get there on 9/22/2023 around 10:30 am they pull my Jeep up first thing I noticed how dirty it was. I asked the lot attendant do you park vehicles on the dirt because my Jeep was detailed prior to dropping it off. He said yes we could wash it if you'd like I said no thanks I do not have time to wait. Upon inspecting my windshield replacement, I noticed there was a deep scratch near the windshield that they did while installing it. Also, there was black residue around my windshield that was not cleaned off and now is permanently dried on the paint. I opened my Jeep then to notice there were shards of glass on the passenger floor mat that was not cleaned up from the replacement installation, there was also dirt tracked it on the driver side of from when they parked it that was never cleaned up. Needless to say this was the worse experience I have ever received from a service department. This is my first Jeep product, it leaves a bad taste after the atrocious service received from AutoNation Jeep Carlsbad. Prior to this change of ownership out I serviced my Jeep here when it was Bob Baker and never had any complaints. I hope this review is taken serious and they are able to hear what customers are experiencing in the service department. It definitely makes the Jeep brand look bad and as a consumer makes me not want to own this product if this is the type of service I will receive now and in the future, More
