I was extremely disappointed that I was not told there would be a 2 hundred dollar diagnosis fee. I received a call from parts that my part was in and need to make an appointment to repair. I serviced my Fiat 500 with them. The service was great. They took care of all paperwork and warranty and even washed my car. Dropped my jeep off at 9 kept calling them around 1 nobody would answer a phone. Any phone I tried every extension and not 1 phone answered they never called to tell me it was finished I just showed up nobody would answer a phone. Juan gonzales was very professional in handling the recall. Also very good about calling me about the progress of the repair since I brought it in on a Labor dsy weekend.. Service- August 2021- You're scheduled a minimum of 2 weeks out for the Jeep recalls. The recall went out pre-covid and they didn't have the parts so I checked back periodically to see when the appointme weeks out for the Jeep recalls. The recall went out pre-covid and they didn't have the parts so I checked back periodically to see when the appointment could be made. This is the second recall and the second time no rental was available. Seems if you're scheduling 2 weeks out, someone would verify ahead of time that the rental request would be filled. Service rep couldn't get the site to work, so off in an uber you go. Come on dealership- get it together. People work full time. More

Today the 5th, I leave work an hour early fight traffic to get there before my 2pm appointment. There is no where in the que for me to park which is already a bad thing. Is it service or is it product! Probably both if you ask me. I go up to the service area and stand and wait while three employees have a conversation not taking in mind that I'm standing there. After three to four minutes one asked can I help you. I said yes I have a 2 o'clock appointment. She ask my name and I give it to her. She tap on the keyboard and says I do not see you in here. I said I made it online. She said oh that doesn't work. If we don't confirm your appointment then it wasn't booked. Now I live 80 miles from this dealership which is where I originally purchased the vehicle at. I said you need to remove it if it doesn't work. She had nothing other than to say well what you were trying to schedule for would mean we would have to keep your truck overnight. It's a computer reflash are you kidding me. She was not helpful and I will reschedule somewhere else. They get reimbursed for the service they complete by corporate it's not free. So to say the least this dealership is the worst by far. More
