I won't give them five stars all the way since we didnt' get a good experience with the auto-repair area. They have to improve in that matter. Lack of comunication we have to keep calling them to see what was wrong with our vehicle, they never return the calls we have to keep on calling. That is not a good part in customer service. On the other hand, I went to trade my vehicle and I got a wonderful service from the minute we step on the parking lot to the end. Everybody makes you feel welcome, they are all very friendly and I am very happy with my purchase experience. They gave as a good deal on my old Dodge Caliber and I end up with a beautiful Dodge Avenger. We are a DODGE family and I am glad we get to have a good experience with this company. They all make a wonderful team! More
My service advisor was/is very kind and helpful. The sales team was horrible. They staff was poorly trained in sales and customer service and knew very little about their inventory. The sales associate was unable to answer any questions without aski trained in sales and customer service and knew very little about their inventory. The sales associate was unable to answer any questions without asking other team members, (who also knew very little without looking online) and the overall experience was horrible. At one point, we were driven to an off site lot to look at 3 specific cars, and when we tried to look inside, the sales man said, "oh, i didn't bring the keys. you mean you wanted to see inside?" it was so unprofessional and a complete joke! At the end of the day, we decided not to buy a car from them, and one of the sales staff sat in front of our car harassing us as we left the lot. We returned the next day because we liked the car so much, but we were met with the same unknowledgeable staff. When we asked for the manager to call us, we never received a call or any regrets for the horrible attitudes of the employees or the horrific experience we had there. I would NOT recommend this dealership! More
Told them repair I wanted done ahead of time. Scheduled appointment. Took to them. After waiting 4 hours finally told me didn't have parts in stock and had to leave overnight. My wife and I were new to the area and we wanted a very specific car. We used a car buying service through our bank and they led us to Bob Baker were we met Manny. He was very nice and we did not have to specific car. We used a car buying service through our bank and they led us to Bob Baker were we met Manny. He was very nice and we did not have to haggle. The finance department was also very nice and they were able to drop my loan by .5%. I would recommend this dealership to anyone who wants a new Dodge, Jeep, or Chrysler. More
My experience was okay because in the end I received one key for my vehicle, no owners manual the Vehicle is only a 2011 and had 35,000 miles on it now that however was the best thing. however the overall s key for my vehicle, no owners manual the Vehicle is only a 2011 and had 35,000 miles on it now that however was the best thing. however the overall service was not an event I would care to endure again. the salesperson did show me the Carfax, however was not knowledgeable of the vehicle I purchased. why I wouldn't recommend this dealership to my peers is because I found this car on there website. I was a fish awaiting to be hooked for a car and it was a walk in the park sale for this dealership.,. and they chose to settle for the least they can do than to maximize the the sale. Therefor after purchasing the vehicle I had to research to find out how my vehicle functioned and how to use what the vehicle accommodations are. I haven't even received a courtesy call to ask of my satisfaction . More
IT STARTED ALL GOOD AT THE BEGGINING. MANNY WAS A REALLY NICE/FRIENDLY GUY. I WENT IN AND BOUGHT A 2012 DODGE RAM SPORT 1500. I KNOW THAT I SHOULD'VE DRIVEN THE CAR BEFORE I DROVE IT BUT I REMEMBER IT WAS J NICE/FRIENDLY GUY. I WENT IN AND BOUGHT A 2012 DODGE RAM SPORT 1500. I KNOW THAT I SHOULD'VE DRIVEN THE CAR BEFORE I DROVE IT BUT I REMEMBER IT WAS JUST POURING RAIN BUT THEN ATT THE SAME TIME THE SALES GUY SHOULD'VE OFFERED ME TO GO TEST DRIVE THE VEHICLE. SO WE JUST WENT TO LOOK AT IT FOR A BIT OUSIDE. IT WAS LIKE 8 AT NIGHT WITH THE RAIN SO EVERYTHING LOOKED OK. UPON DRIVING HOME WE SAW THAT THE FRONT BUMPER HAD A PAIN CHIP. THIS WAS THE FOLLOWING MORNING. AND ALSO, THE SALES GUY ASSURED ME THAT ALL DODGE RAM SPORTS COME WITH THE SPORT HOOD. WHEN I GOT THE TRUCK IT DIDN'T HAVE THE HOOD,BED LINER, OR RUNNING BOARDS. I HAD TO PAY FOR THE LINER AND RUNNING BOARDS WHICH WERE ADDED TO THE LOAN. SO IT COST ME THAT. THEN I CALLED AND I TOLD THEM IF I COULD GET THE HOOD SINCE THEY HAD OFFERED ME SOMETHING THAT SHOULD'VE COME WITH THE TRUCK AND DIDN'T. THEN I GET A CALL FROM THE MANAGER AND HE TELLS ME I HAVE TO PAY FOR IT AND THAT IT WOULD COST ME 1700.00. HE SAID HE HAD DROPPED IT FROM RETAIL WHICH WAS LIKE 2300.00. WITH THE HOOD ALREADY PAINTED AND THAT HE WAS GIVING IT TO ME AT COST. I CALLED THEIR DEALER FOR THE PARTS AND THEY HAVE THAT HOOD FOR 980.00. HOW IS IT THAT UR SELLING IT TO ME FOR THAT MUCH BUT YOU GUYS HAVE THE HOOD FOR HALF THE PRICE. I THINK THEY WERE TRYING TO COVER EVERYTHING. I REALLY WANTED THAT HOOD CAUSE THATS THE MAIN REASON WHY I BOUGHT THE SPORT MODEL. CAUSE OF IT'S LOOKS. I DONT KNOW WHAT TO THINK AT THIS POINT AND WAS THINKING ABOUT TRADING IT IN FOR 2013 RAM SPORT BECAUSE I WANT THOSE LOOKS BUT I AM NOT SURE ANYMORE IF I WOULD GO BACK THERE ANYMORE AT THIS POINT. I AM HIGHLY CONSIDERING TRADIN IT IN RIGHT NOW THOUGH. More
