Before the current owner my vehicle was always returned to me clean. Now I revive my vehicle back dirty an I have to remind them to top off the fluids when the do the oil changes. I took my jeep to get se to me clean. Now I revive my vehicle back dirty an I have to remind them to top off the fluids when the do the oil changes. I took my jeep to get serviced while still under warranty and I was turned away because of my tires. My tires are fine. They refused to check my shocks and alignment. I had to say I had a right under warranty my vehicle should have not been turned away. I reminded them to patch a tire an service tech still forgot so my vehicle had to stay another day and the tire still wasn’t patched when I picked it up. Really disappointed in the services here. Michael in sales was very friendly and straightforward. They have a “one price” policy which means no haggling. Sales people are not at liberty to negotiate the price set by the dealer. Only downside was I test drove on Sunday and still wanted to shop around a bit. On Monday the price went up over $1200. Trevor in finance was pleasant and professional and there was no pressure to purchase too much warranty and extras. The line items on the paperwork actually add up (which is more than I can say for a different dealer I visited) so you know exactly what you are paying for. It’s sad that this is a “positive” and not table stakes. More
