Where to begin. . 2 years ago we tried to buy a new jeep wrangler from this location. The one we wanted wasn’t in GA and had to be brought in from TX. No problem. We . 2 years ago we tried to buy a new jeep wrangler from this location. The one we wanted wasn’t in GA and had to be brought in from TX. No problem. We put $5000 down to secure the vehicle and we’re told it would be here Monday or Tuesday (this was on a Wednesday or Thursday). Monday rolls around, we didn’t hear anything. Tuesday rolls around we contact our salesman to be told that the jeep we put money down for had been sold and now we are without a vehicle. We requested a refund, which took a couple of days for them approve and went else where in town to purchase. Fast forward to now, I was in the market for a new vehicle for myself and a salesman had contacted me. At first I was looking at a new ram, I inquired about the one I wanted let the saleman know on a Thursday I would be there Saturday to look at it. I confirm with him Saturday that it’s still there and he said it had sold. Okay so I then start looking at new Grand Cherokee L. They had one on the lot but I wasn’t interested in due to it being way out of my budget. I ended up sending the salesman 4-5 ones that I had found.. he said he would look into them and never heard back from him until about 2 weeks ago. I ended up finding and purchasing a new Grand Cherokee L 2 hours away from Columbus. Unfortunately I had 2 recalls on my car. I called the AutoNation North location to get scheduled but much like this Autination do not call back clients. I was able to get my Jeep in fairly quickly at the South location, which I will say was a nice plus. I also had to have a piece replaced on my back seat that was broke. I was told I could drop off Thursday even and it would be worked on first thing Friday morning. No problem I dropped off Thursday. Friday around 4 PM I called to an update and they hadn’t even worked in my car yet. I did not get my car back until Saturday mid morning. I truly hope I don’t have any issues the rest of my time here because I refuse to work with AutoNation here anymore. I’ll drive 2 hrs to the original dealership to get work done! More
