I had never heard of this type of service. I hate dealing with car salesmen. When I found out that my former mechanic worked for Automotive Search Inc. I was overjoyed! I have never had a better experience purchasing a car, as long as Al works for the company I will never again step foot in a dealership. I have told everyone I talk to about our new car & what a great buying experience we had. I would not have trusted anyone but AL. We had e-mail pictures & his reviews & purchased our new truck without seeing or a test drive. We love our truck. I am aware of at least one person that has already used the service. At the age of 70 / 75 we have purchased a number of cars, new and used, over the years. We are sure that everyone at our age has gone many times through the agony of buying a car. New car dealers tie you up for 5 or 6 or 7 hours for no reason whatsoever. I have stopped doing business with these dealers who have been wasting my and their time. What a refreshing change when we recently purchased a car from Automotive Search, Inc. Colleen Tinker, the broker taking care of us, was one of the most efficient sales associate we had met, ever. She knew approx. when we were coming. She met us at the door. The car was ready for a test drive and performed better than expected. Without any stress or push, Colleen sold us the car in a very professional manor. Not only does she know her products and sales procedures, but she is the most customer oriented and friendly sales person we have ever met in this industry. We can highly recommend her, she is a "pro" in her job. It really has been a pleasure buying "our" car from her and I know it will not be the last one we bought from her. Thank you. Upon arriving to Automotive Search Inc; we were greeted immediately by numerous employees. She quickly was able to assess what we were looking for, and offered us vehicles which would fit the criteria. She was not pushy, and really was eager to help find us a car we would enjoy and would be worth our money. Colleen was experienced about vehicles and was able to answer questions to the best of her ability. We finally decided to purchase a 2008 Jeep Patriot, and it was because of our own choice. However, she provided her personal opinion when requested. Not to say the search was convenient and helpful, it was personalized to match our needs as customers. They went the extra mile to clean and spiff up the vehicle with a full tank of gas before we left with it. Colleen made it very easy to complete the lease of my new car. I appreciated the communication with her and every aspect of the lease was talked about fully. I was in and out with my whole family in less then 45 minutes which was great with my 3 children under 5 who's patience wears thin in 30 minutes or less. I would not buy a car from an old fashioned traditional dealer again after experiencing the ease of purchasing this way. The old school of fighting and haggeling about every aspect of a car transaction is not appealing. Unlike some of Automotive search competing brokers, it seems in the very least that, you are not paying a premium for this level of service.
