I found Auto Search online while looking for a used GMC Acadia. We test drove several cars from Auto Search and they even brought the cars to me so I didn't have to load up my two young children and trade Acadia. I called Auto Search and they had their mechanics take care of everything. They had no obligation to pay for the repairs but their commitment to customer service is so strong that they were willing to go the extra mile to stand behind the car. Mike was terrific to deal with, friendly and very helpful. We were not so pleased with his mechanic. Mike tried to get the sound taken care of working with the mechanic at Auto Search, but the guy j helpful. We were not so pleased with his mechanic. Mike tried to get the sound taken care of working with the mechanic at Auto Search, but the guy just couldn't find the problem. Mike had the guy try a couple of different things at their expense in order to make everything right. After purchasing the vehicle we took it to a Chrysler dealer who eliminated a squealing sound which was a bad filter connected to the power steering pump. It cost about $150. We love the vehicle and it's perfect now. We would certainly go back for another vehicle. More
