I'd done my research and narrowed my choices, then drove several cars on the lot. This helped me decide on a make and model, but the color I wanted was not there. Phil went the extra mile to find the exact several cars on the lot. This helped me decide on a make and model, but the color I wanted was not there. Phil went the extra mile to find the exact SUV I wanted, which meant finding an uncommon interior color. The specific SUV was out of state and had to be shipped. Even so, the total cost (with shipping) was less than I expected I'd have to pay. I wanted a couple of features that were not installed, so Phil arranged to have those done for me. After I drove the car off the lot, I discovered one of the tail lights was not working. I called Phil and he sent someone to my house to take care of it. I didn't have to take the vehicle somewhere for a "repair". It turned out to be a burned out light bulb (no big deal). Wow! Where do I start? I was in the market for a BMW 335xi Coupe. I started my online search and landed on Automotive Search, Inc after viewing many others. I found a 2008 335xi coupe with very low mile 335xi Coupe. I started my online search and landed on Automotive Search, Inc after viewing many others. I found a 2008 335xi coupe with very low miles and all the options I was looking for. The price was a little under Kelly Blue book so I was very interested. The site had a lot of very professional photos so you could see very clearly what the car looked like. I could also see that they dealt with a higher end type of cars that were very clean. That was the first positve along with the asking price. Next step was to go to the dealership. I met with Krieg Failing and we went for a test drive. The car was everthing it was advertized to be. All the cars history was on the car fax. Krieg was very professional and there was no sales pressure. The next step was the trade in of my Acura. Well after a little back and forth on my trade-in and the price of the 335xi and a few days of discussion and some personal attention from John O'Neil (who really worked with me on my final sticking points) we came to what I felt was a good deal. I bought the car. But wait there is more! After I bought the car I started reading some blogs on the car related to fuel pump and injector problems. The car had these replaced and were warranted for 10 years or 120,000 miles but I was still very concerned. I was having a little bit of buyers remorse. I sent an e-mail expressing this to Krieg and told him I was having second thoughts. I had copied John on my e-mail as a courtesy not expecting him to reply. John read the e-mail. He was at home sick and contacted me. Who does that? He allowed me to express my concerns. I told him I was reconsidering my purchase. John said he would do whatever I wanted and did not pressure me in any way and said before you make a decision I want you to talk to a highly reccommended BMW mechanic. I did and between talking to John and this mechanic. I was put totally at ease. John not only worked a good deal he listened to my concerns and took a personal interest in me. I think of John more as a friend now as opposed someone at a dealership that sold me a car. This is a great group of professionals that work at Automotive Search, Inc! I would buy a car from them anytime and have given them several referrals already.
