She does not presume that you want a certain vehicle, she is open to showing anything and does not pressure the customer to purchase the vehicle. She allowed me to take a vehicle overnight in order to test drive it. We thought the selling price of the 2006 Honda Pilot was fair and we bought it from her. The trade-in value that she offerred us for our existing minivan, we thought was low, but that is normally the case through the dealer. Overall a terrific buying experience. We will go back again and again!! More
