Bob provided us a car fax report to confirm the car's background. We bought the car and Bob agreed to drive the car to our home in order to make the purchase as easy as possible. We received a recommendation to work with Kreig Failing from a friend. Our friend not only recommended Kreig but also recommended a European car service center. We fell in love immediately with the car. We found the cost of the car to be within our price range and was in better condition and had more features than the 2011 used cars we had seen the night before. Back to our experience. We met Kreig and he was immediately helpful and accommodating. He gave us the space we needed but was there to answer all of our questions. We took our test drive, decided we wanted to extend it so we could go get the car checked out by the mechanic. We took the car to the mechanic, the first words out of the mechanic's mouth were, "Auto Search... Yeah, those are good guys. Never seen a car from them that was not quality." They looked over the car and identified one issue with the passenger seat sensor. Auto Search put it on the "we owe" document and we know it will be fixed. I have already shared one of the business cards I have with my brother and his wife. They were impressed with the price of the vehicle and my rave reviews. I'm sure they'll be giving Kreig a call soon. More

My wife and I first stopped in at Automotive Search just to look at a used vehicle I saw advertised on the internet. John followed up with me a few days later and I told him that the vehicle wasn't what we were looking for. He then suggested another scenario involving another vehicle, which at first I didn't think would be in our price range but John made it possible. I must admit that sometimes in the process I thought John was "over committing" but everything he told me worked out. There are all sorts of stories and jokes out there about car salesmen. In my experience none of them apply to John. He does what he says he will do and does what it takes to make the customer happy, something that is much too rare in any business today.
