I originally exchanged emails with Phil who arranged for a test drive. Bob brought the car around and that was it. Just me and the car. I really liked it and eventually we made a deal. Very easy working with Phil who later on proved to have patience beyond the norm. My trade in was an older car which actually broke down on the way to pickup the Audi. Phil was very understanding and even though the transaction was delayed several days, he held the car for me. I will definitely contact Auto Search again when that time comes. More

Colleen jumped on the chance to help me find a used Tacoma. After putting in quite alot of time trying to find one close to my price point she asked me if I'd consider purchasing a new vehicle. Colleen located the exact vehicle I wanted (color, options, etc.) and she picked it up and had it ready for me to test drive the next day, along with getting all the financing set up. I purchased it on the spot. Afterwards Colleen set me up with a trade in for the tires Toyota put on the vehicle and researched several other options she could help me with. After the test drives, she crunched all of the numbers for me, and wrote down what I'd be getting with each car for comparisons. I was then able to go home and take my time deciding on which vehicle to purchase - no pressure! The next day, I got back in touch with Colleen with my final decision and she had my new car ready to pick up by the end of the day - and at a great price!
