Amazing Experience, BEST Auto Dealership and salesman! Phil Fornaro is the BEST!! I walked into the showroom late on a Thursday afternoon to look at a Lexus LX470 that they had just received. Another cus Phil Fornaro is the BEST!! I walked into the showroom late on a Thursday afternoon to look at a Lexus LX470 that they had just received. Another customer had it out for a test drive. After a few minutes, he returned with the vehicle. It was absolutely beautiful, well beyond my expectations, in "mint" condition. Thankfully, the other customer didn't want to leave a "REFUNDABLE" deposit. I test drove it for about 10 minutes, pulled back onto the lot, and said "I want it". Within 30 minutes, we created a small list of minor concerns, all of which Phil made sure were taken care of on Friday, and early Saturday morning my wife and I went to pick it up. Another 20 minutes and I was driving home in my new ride. Phil made the whole experience a true joy, the first pleasurable experience I've ever experienced in my many many years of buying cars, both new and used. And Phil came in on his day off to take care of the sales transaction. Phil followed up with a thank you note a few days afterward. This transaction was by far the easiest auto purchase ever! I will never go anywhere else for a pre-owned vehicle. All of their inventory is in the finest condition, they will only accept and sell vehicles that are in exceptional condition. Fifth Car with Colleen!!! I usually purchase a used car from Colleen, but this time a new car had caught my eye, a new model Lexus. I’ve grown to dislike the battle with the I usually purchase a used car from Colleen, but this time a new car had caught my eye, a new model Lexus. I’ve grown to dislike the battle with the normal dealers and the entire process of purchasing a car, so I went on a Sunday to check out this car. The car was even better in person than what I seen. I went to the dealer on Monday to take a test drive, to check out the Lexus further. The dealer only had a limited supply of these cars, maybe 4 or 5, and 3 of them were out on test drive already. I was able to test drive one that had the exact options and in the colors that I wanted. I was very impressed with the test drive and my desire to purchase one was growing. After the test drive the salesman started down that familiar path we all know, sit down and start a negotiation process that would take hours of him running back and forth to the Sales Manager until finally I’m ready to give up, and then the Sales Manager would come over and give me his final offer. I loved the car but I just couldn’t commit to that process anymore, so I left. Knowing that purchasing this car with all the options and with my color preference with only 10 cars in all of Denver was very slim, I decided to contact Colleen. I sent Colleen an email with my color preference and option choices on the following Thursday morning. I also stated in the email I understood if there was no cars with my preference available, that I was willing to wait till there were more available. Before noon I received my first call from Colleen, she had found a car for me with everything I wanted and had it on hold for me. I told her that I wanted to pursue financing the new car as well as trade my existing car which I had purchased from her.
