THANK YOU SO MUCH!!! Gretchen was an absolute pleasure to work with, and was infinitely patient with me during the search for my Subaru Outback! Not just any Outback, min Gretchen was an absolute pleasure to work with, and was infinitely patient with me during the search for my Subaru Outback! Not just any Outback, mind you, but one with a manual transmission. These are no longer offered in the United States, with 2014 being the last year available (but those lucky Canadians still have them...). So began the search for a 201 3-2014 Outback with Premium trim (gotta love those seat warmers!), and less than 75,000 miles. With less than 30 available NATION WIDE at any given time, pickins' were slim to say the least. Once narrowed down to a 300 mile radius of Denver, the search results dwindled to the 2-4 range. Me being eager to pull the trigger, Gretchen was the voice of reason for weeks on end. Vehicles too expensive, too high mileage, and/or with accident(s) on record would regularly appear, but she wouldn't budge. About 6 weeks into the ordeal, we finally stumble upon the one. She scheduled a test drive, and the next thing I know I was signing the paperwork! I can't thank her enough for her guidance and, again, patience.
