I have not had any problems with the vehicle and it drives fabulous. Everyone has commented about how wonderful the vehicle looks. The dealership was quick and professional in the purchase transaction. They were competent and had all the paperwork ready. The funny thing was that I needed some OJT about the vehicle after the sale, and John was really kind to help me with some of the operations that I was not aware of. Thank you so much for that! Helpful, Reliable, and Easy I was referred to Automotive Search by my hairdresser. Little did I know, these guys have sold cars to so many people from my hometown! My car got totaled while it was parked on the street. I had never picked out a car on my own so I was nervous about picking the right one. I searched all over and was having a hard time finding the car that fit my needs. I finally reached out to Automotive search and within 20 minutes of browsing the website, I found exactly what I wanted! They were honest about the price and the quality of the vehicle. I happened to purchase a Toyota RAV 4 that was owned by their previous office manager. After I drove the vehicle I put down a deposit. They held it for me for a week because I got called into jury duty and couldn't pick up the car. They let me speak with their mechanics and even said I could let my mechanic look at the car too! Phil waited for me after work until 6:30 PM to sell me the car. Everyone here is kind and honest. There is no pushing or sales. It was my second dealership and they made me feel right at home. I dealt with a few different people due to the length they were holding on to the car but everyone was so nice! I will not go anywhere else to buy a car.
