An Experience I hope to have again As a first time car buyer, Phil and his team at Automotive Search made my experience way better than expected. All of the staff were very friendly and greeted us the second we walked in. We were shown the car and told all the specifics while waiting to see Phil. They willingly provided us the Carfax report. Phil then came out and gave us the keys. His team explained they needed to do a few more things to make the car perfect but they would be able to have it done in the next few days. Phil then recommended a route that we could take to test drive the car and sent us on our way. After driving the car we told Phil we were going to look around a bit more. He did not try to push or close a quick sale. He gave us his cell phone number to call even though the company was about to close on Saturday. He offered to do this so we could call and hold the car until Automotive Search reopened on the following Monday and if I wanted to hold it before Monday. During the process of buying the car, Phil was very straight forward in making sure that I knew what all the paperwork was and what needed to be signed. Phil made this car buying experience one that I hope to have every time I buy a car and nothing like what I had heard it would be like. More

After test driving and getting a lot of really great information not only on the car but on the buying process we decided to purchase. After completing the purchasing paperwork and getting even more information from Krieg my Husband told me that that was the best decision and he is glad that we decided to come and work with Krieg.
